My mom is 93 years old and is having a helluva time figuring out her new phone. She looked on the bottom of the base unit to get me the model #. I'm about to tell her to go get another brand. Hers is displaying the message "you have 4 incoming calls"...she also has never been able to retrieve her regular messages! She is waiting for me to call her back!
