newly purchased phone, all lights are on, phone is fully charged but message on handset remains "out of range or no power at base'. I can't program the handset, this message keeps appraring. No dial tone, doesn't ring. I even bought and installed a new battery, not better. We have Comcast wireless and phone is plugged into the modem just as our previous phone was. How do I get rid of this message and have phone working?
