I own an AT&T expandable 12 dect 6.0 cordless phone system with digital answering machine. One of the handsets does not ring. You can answer calls and intercom but you can't hear the ring tone. We already checked the volume on side of the handset and it is adjusted accordingly. Need assistance in trouble shooting this problem. Had these phone for several years and they work great, never a problem.
