The extension phone is in the cradle and has a new battery. The old battery was still good. The phonekeeps blinking a red light on the cradle as if charging. The phone options work and the phone lights up. It will not connect to the phone line and has no dial tne. It reads, "NC connect". What does this mean and how do I fix it. Has worked fine till now.
