cannot make calls on my dect 6.0 . it asks me to '1) press find HS on base for 4 sec, 2) then press # on handset' i've done this many times to no avail

5 Depending on exactly which DECT6.0 model you have, the problem is most likely a defect in the base connection that allows the phone to properly sync to the base. There is no easy or cost effective way to fix this. Hopefully you still have the receipt. PS - Keep in mind that in case you have multiple handsets; if a handset is currently in use, another handset of the same model WILL NOT be able to sync until other handset is no longer active.
