Question About AT&T Answering Machine EL52500
my phone system has all of a sudden started saying...

my phone system has all of a sudden started saying "Unable to accept voicemail messages at this time" I have never used voicemail on this system, only the answering machine feature for incoming messages. when I called the 800 # it instructed me to make sure 'announce only is off' I cant seem to get to that . Help, CR Conner
