Question About AT&T Answering Machine 1740
I just bought a 1740 answering machine from Office...

I just bought a 1740 answering machine from Office Max. I was told when I bought the answering machine that it can be connected to any phone. I have a Vtech phone. The Vtech phone base has only one connection for the phone line and one power connection. How do I connect them both?
