At1739 answering machine,after a power outage the machine flashes C and 0. How do I stop this?

4 Press and hold "clock" until you hear the announcer speak. You can change the time by pressing skip or repeat. I change it one way then the other and continue with the next one. Also, in the manual, it reads "In the event of a power failure, see the instructions on the bottom of the unit".

3 The machine is brand new and the C & O are constantly flashing. Please help me to stop this.

0 The flashing C is the clock needs to run thru the setup again. After you press and hold clock just check that the clock and day is right and when you exit the programming of the clock it stops flashing. Hope that helped I have 2 of these for each line and love them.
