Experienced power outage. Answer machine was offline 12 hours. Will not answer calls, and phone does not ring. Tried all trouble shooting suggestions. Have dial tone, and ringer volume is on/confirmed. Turned machine off and on again. Unplugged and re-plugged. Reset clock/date and double checked all setup options, still not answering calls. Used cell phone to dial machine and all I hear is rings (more than 10), and no answer/no message. Second phone downstairs works fine. Any suggestions?
