Question About Apex Digital Flat Panel Television LE3245M
When I turn on the TV it does ever thing so slow it is...

When I turn on the TV , it does ever thing so slow it is overlapping the last screen with the new .... there are lines through everthing! Nothing really comes in clear, it looks like the convergence needs to be re-a lined , but don't have a manual to explain the step by step process.
