I can receive in-coming calls but when I make out going calls no one can hear me? Any advice? mfrick@gsrh.org

5 This is incredibly common. The microphone is broken. This happens on every phone from every carrier. Your service provider will no doubt advise you to completely reset the phone to factory settings but in most cases it's a microphone issue. The good news is most phones have a 1yr warranty from the manufacturer that covers this sort of thing. Good luck!
