1. Null messages can not be deleted. When the Mailbox1 contains a void message (nothing recorded), it can not be played and can not be deleted. 2. Can not stop VMWI from flashing when the machine thinks there is a message waiting. The RAM answering machine should have a reset to delete messages. I have followed all the manual directions but can not resolve these problems. I removed all batteries from all phones and reset to default settings, base and remotes to no avail.
