Need manual for phones. Caller ID not working and phones say "searchintg" when they are in the base and within signal distance

0 Is there an FCC ID on the label of the phone? If so, you can search for info at the FCC web site: https://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm Fill in the Grantee Code (BEJ) and Product Code (CB775C) boxes. Click on Details in the search results. Hopefully you will see a User Manual and other tech info.
