Alcatel Lucent 4019 is my new official telephone and I have two issues: 1. Before entering any password I locked it by chance (message: Phone is locked') and now I can't unlock it. What can/must I do to be able to use it? 2. How to turn off blinking light on the message button (letter picture) without returning a call and how to delete history of calls?
