Hello, I'm sorry I couldn't find this information in the HA0021 Manual. 1.How do I memorize the 5 outgoing numbers with the HA0021 and recall them? 2.How do you memorize the 30 incoming numbers, and can you type in additional user ID information to be displayed when the memorized number is received? 3.We have caller ID service but I only see the callers number. Is it possible to add their name ID to the number? Is this related to the 30 memorized incoming numbers in question #2? Thank you!

0 In my haste I misunderstood the feature description: "30 incoming, 5 outgoing number memories". What's in memory is the history of the last 5 outgoing calls you've made, and the last 30 calls that have come in. Geez, I assumed a basic "user memory" area would have been included. For my work I need to store a few outgoing numbers that are used to retrieve the customer's messages (maybe I missed it?). The other "got yah" is that only the caller number is displayed with your local Caller ID subscription, not the name, useless for my work. Other than that, I like it! Do you have a model that offer's these features?
