I work for a large business and if a phone breaks, often we get another phone from another office. I currently have the 480e phone in my office and when I plugged it it, it say message waiting. My previous co-worker has the password for the phone, Is there a way I can reprogram the phone to turn of that annoying flashing light but still see when the phone is ringing when the volume is down?
