For unknown reason the #1 line wouldn't hang up and we couldn't get mute button to realease. #1&2 lines would both stay lit. #1 line would flash mute at the same line. The release for lifter won't light up for both P1 & P2 buttons. NO dial tone can be heard. Never had problems with phone since we bought. Can you suggest a fix for these problems?
