Try this... go to front phone (ext 101); press program button, then *, #, 1 2 3 4, on the display it will read "sys pro no" now press 0 0 0; it will read TIME-DATE, now press SP-Phone Key; it should display time...using the dial pad, change the time to the correct time. To move from the hour to minute setting, use the FWD/DND key; now press the Auto Dial key. Lift received and let it down. Hope this works
