Product Problem: cordless handset

I have the model KX-TC1222JX. The cordles handset does not work, i always get the message "no link to base, place on cradle and try again" Have tried everything, plugging the AC adapter again, the antenna is fully extended, still have the same problem. Any advise ? Please mail response at vverm@yahoo.com.

Product Problem: did something wrong when I tried to change the time

I tried to change the time, and somehow, I ended up doing something to the calling out features.
Now, when I press speaker, it automatically goes to intercom rather than a line to call out ( 01, 02, etc)
How do I get it back to the way it was supposed to be?

On my telephone screen on the bottom right I have evelop and I assume there are some messages but have no clue how to get there. The mesges are no in the answer mashine, as it says there is no mesages. It must be another voice mail ( internal one? )
