Product Tip: No connection with base

Panasonic KX-TGA107EX – One handset can not keep the connection with the base. I establish connection between handset and the base, I get the line, but several seconds after that I lose connection between handset and the base, even though I still have "antena" symbol on both handsets (the first one works like charm). I tried to reset the handset to factory default setting, but no result at all: handset loses connection with the base after 10 seconds.

it is cluttered beyond belief and is inconclusive regarding the voice mail feature.

there is no instruction in the manual to answer the voice mail. just the "CLEAER VOICE MAIL" instruction.

i v read the manual and tried to swich from pulse dialing to tone dialing again, other wise it beeps every 3 secs after picked up....but i failed to swich following the instruction of long-press channel button and then "tone*". Please help me

I can't figure out how to turn the ringer on. I can change the ringtone, I can turn the volume up and down, but when I get a call it doesn't make a sound. The little 15 page manual that I've got tells you what the icon looks like for ringer off (I don't see it on mine) but says nothing about how to do anything with that setting.
