I have purchased a panasonic cordless in MALLRCA Spain t he model of phone is KX-TG1311SP,, Unfortunately there were no instrctions in English My spanish is not bquite good enough to follow all the Instructions.. The phone does not respond when I press the numbers during a call when asked. For example please press 1 for enquiries, 2 for loans etc.
