Product Tip: I can´t see incoming call number

I have an Uniden DECT 1560-2 Cordless Telephone W/Caller ID and I can´t see the incoming call number, I only can see my own number.
I subscribed to caller ID service from my company phone, but it doesn´t work on my Uniden. I have another phone and it works fine, I can see the incoming call.
Help me please.

After 20 seconds or so, the standard phone 2 tone signal makes to sound of a phone that is not hung up. To get a new dial tone, the phone must be disconnected from the phone connection.

When my phones ring they only show INCOMPLETE DATA (for every call). I have caller id through my phone service, and it recently stopped showing the caller id and my phones will only dial out if I dail the number first then hit TALK. Does anyone have the same problems or any solutions?? Please & Thank-you
