Checking and setting the timers.
3: Timers. This option allows you to keep track of how you use
your phone.
31: All Calls This feature tallies up every call you’ve made
and how long they lasted in minutes and
seconds. This information cannot be reset.
32: Recent Calls Use this setting to keep track of how many
calls you’ve made since the last reset and how
long those calls lasted in minutes and seconds.
Press to reset. Note: This log begins
tracking airtime as soon as you press ,
so the airtime displayed will be different from
the airtime shown on your invoice.
33: Minute Alert This feature is a minute minder that alerts you
10 seconds before the end of every minute
during a call.
34: Auto Off You can set the phone to automatically turn
itself off after a specified length of time. Your
options are “never,” “in 3 hours,” “in 2
hours,” “in 1 hour,” and “in 30 mins.” If you
select “never,” the phone does not turn itself
off automatically. If you press any key or the

dial, the timer is reset and the countdown
starts over. The phone does not turn itself off
automatically during a call. When the Auto-Off
timer is set, a countdown “Off:xx:xx:xx” is
displayed to let you know how soon the phone
will turn off. Once the phone turns off, the
setting will revert to “never.”
Navigating your phone’s directory.
4: Directory. You can use the Directory menu to check your phone
number as well as store, erase and edit phone numbers and names
in the phone book. In addition, you can use this menu to view the
Calls List.
41: My Number Use this feature to view your Sprint PCS Phone
Number.
42: Save This function allows you to save up to 98
entries in your internal phone book. Use the
number keys to enter phone numbers and
names. Use and or the dial
to move the cursor or to insert spaces between
characters. See the Alphanumeric Table on
page 29 for more information on entering
