Paper Type
You can use special media such as inkjet, transparency, and
photo paper as well as plain paper. After loading any special
type of media, set the paper type using this menu:

Setup
on the front panel. The display shows
“1.SYSTEM SETUP” on the bottom line.

Press the
Scroll
buttons ( or ) until you see
“3.COPY SETUP” and then press
Enter
.

Press the
Scroll
buttons ( or ) until you see “PAPER
TYPE” and press
Enter
.
The current setting is tagged with a at the end of the
display.

Press the
Scroll
buttons ( or ) until you see the
paper type you are using in the display.

Press
Enter
to save the selection and return to Standby
mode.
