Paper Jams While the Product is Printing
If the paper jams while your product is printing, ‘REMOVE
PAPER JAM AND PRESS CANCEL ’ appears in the display. Do
not pull it out. If you do, it could harm the product
If Jammed in the received paper output area:

Remove the jammed paper by hand as shown.

Press
Cancel/Reset
to clear the message.
If jammed in the paper feed area:
1
Remove the jammed paper as shown below

Cancel/Reset
to clear the message.

After you have removed the jammed paper, load the
paper with the print side facing you.
Squeeze the left paper guide and move it to the right to
match the width of the paper.
