Adding Documents To a Scheduled
Operation
You can add documents to a transmission previously
reserved in your product’s memory.

Load the document(s) face down into the document
feeder.
“DOCUMENT READY” appears in the display.

You can adjust the resolution and the contrast to suit
your fax needs. For details, see page 5.3.

buttons ( or ) until you see
“4.ADVANCED FAX” and then press
Enter

buttons ( or ) until you see “ADD
SCHEDULE” and then press
Enter

buttons ( or ) repeatedly until you
see the operation to which you want to add documents
on the display, then press
Enter
.

The product automatically stores the documents in the
memory, and the display shows the memory capacity
and the number of pages.
After storing, the product displays the number of total
pages and then returns to Standby mode.
