Advanced Faxing
Broadcasting
Documents are automatically stored in memory and sent to
a remote station. Use this feature to send your documents to
multiple locations. After sending, the documents are
automatically erased from the memory.
NOTE:
You can not use colour mode in broadcast mode.

Load the document(s) face down into the document
feeder.
“DOCUMENT READY” appears in the display.

You can adjust the resolution and the contrast to suit
your fax needs. For details, see page 5.3.

Scroll
buttons ( or ) until you see
“4.ADVANCED FAX” and then press
Enter
.

The display shows the first menu “BRAODCASTING”.
Press
Enter

Enter the phone number of the remote fax machine
using the number keypad.
You can also use a one-touch button or press
Speed
then use a 2-digit speed dial number.

Enter
to confirm the number. The display asks
you to enter another fax number to send the document
too.

Select “1.YES” by pressing

and repeat from step 6 to
enter another fax number.
Note that you cannot use Group dial numbers for
another fax number.
