20. Three types of traffic measurements can be provided for the UCD feature.
a.) UCD route peg count:
Count of incoming calls from each route to each UCD group
Count of calls answered by UCD
Count of other calls (abandoned, restricted, blocked)
Maximum number of routes is 255
b.) UCD group peg count:
Count of incoming calls to each UCD group
Count of answered calls
Count of other calls (abandoned, restricted, blocked)
c.) UCD station peg count:
Count of incoming calls to each station in each UCD group
Count of answered calls
Count of other calls (abandoned, restricted, blocked)

23. The total number of incoming calls for which the UCD queuing feature is available, and other incoming
calls such as intraoffice, tie line, etc., is 640 per system.
Calls above these limits are terminated by a busy tone connection.
