  need an owners manual for the FRS 250 2 way radio (Cobra)    need to know how to change interference option on and off. I talk into one radio but no sounds comes out of radio #2. Radio #2 shows a "V" like thing on top of the "antenna tower" picture on the screen..while Radio 1 does not.
