    • retrieving messages

      My mother has this phone, has a message recorded and when we leave messages we hear her message. But her phone does not seem to store the messages so she can not retrieve them. Is there a special setting that she's missing?

      i have the same problem with my phone and i tried switching back to the message that is already on there instead of recording one myself and it worked for a day or so and went back to doing the same thing.
