    All prompts and voice answering is in french and I would like to change it back to english. I don;t know what I did to change this

      How do I increase the incoming record message time? It keeps cutting off messages. Time is to short.

    • change from french to english

      to change the voice prompt language press and hold the skip button for two seconds the unit annouces Espanol-to change to english press and hold skip button again for 2 seconds- the unit announces English
