Question About Samsung Telephone IDCS 18D
Re:trouble shooting...

Hello, About a week ago we started having problems with our phones. We are not able to answer every call that comes in. Ver V2.2 2003 4.30 is the error code we are getting. Also if on line 1 and someone calls or picks up line 2 it hangs up on line 1. Sorry, its hard to explain. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
