I don't want to download the whole manual but I need to know how to stop my phone from clicking like a rotary dial phone when I dial. It won't let me push a number to act as a prompt as in "Push 2 for customer service". Nothing happens when I push two because my phone thinks it is a rotary phone. What button did my granddaughter push to make it act this way? And how do I get it back to normal?
