My Phone does not ring in!!

When first installed, my CIT310 phone rang in, then it stopped...though a message pops up when someone calls, it does not ring in, and therefore we miss a lot of calls!! Please HELP!!!We use Yahoo Messenger Voice, and it is up to date, and the right boxes are checked, so the problem is not there. I have Windows XP on my Dell computer. Thank You for your time and help!!
