Firefly Mobile Cell Phone Firefly FlyPhone

I am looking at purchasing a flyphone for my 9 year old son, but want to make sure that I will be able to activiate it with AT&T service under my present cell phone family plan ... I can't find any list specicifcally stating what companies that firefly phones are compatible with (ie AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc). Can you help?
