Audiovox Cell Phone CDM8910

Restore Factory Settings and Menu Options

I don't understand how someone coulde remove only certain factory settings and menu options from my Audiovox CDM-8910 cell phone. Can you PLEASE tell me how to restore ALL the ORIGINAL factory settings and menu options.
