need help changing incoming messages to another box

The buttron for box #1 doesn't work & I can't receive incoming messages. Can't find manual to see how to change incoming to one of the other 3 boxes.

    You may have to change your greeting message to tell callers to press 2 or 3 for the person you want the message left for and then if they press 2 for example it may activate mailbox 2 and the message would be delivered to that mailbox and then you would be able to retrieve messages from that mailbox by pressing button 2 instead of 1. Hope this works for you.
