set outgoing message

I forgot how to set the outgoing message and I need to create a new message

    Press and hold "Greeting" A or B. Unit announces "Record greeting after tone"
    While keeping greeting button depressed, record your personal greeting.
    Release "Greeting" when you are finished recording
    To review your greeting,press and release "Greeting.

    Do you know how to access messages remotely?
