Philips Cordless Telephone cordless phone CD140

I have bought the philips digital cordless telephone CD140 ,but i can't configurate the telephone because the phone can be configurated only in five countries as Italy,France ,Spain , Purtugal ,Greece but it has to be used in Albania.So I want to know if is there any possibility to resolve this problem in order to use it.
