I am loking for the passcode to my bluettoth.i lost it and i want to set another phone up with it.

there were no instructions as how to use this product. How do I place a call with the bluetooth on...I receive but cannot call out. Thanks

i just got a new phone and i want to use my bluetooth with it and it asked for the passcode so i put in 0000 and it tells me it is the wrong passcode use same passcode for bothe devices. what does this mean?
