I have names that are assigned to numbers, For example when our technician out in the field calls in with his cell phone it says "ROGER" so we know roger is calling in... only now, ROGER has moved on, and our new Technician iS "JESSE" and all I want to do is learn how to change the name that displays when he calls. (this is only one example.. we have SOOOO many that need to be updated...) Can somone please help me? I've got the manual, but its not helping...
