phone time

I just need to know how I can change the displayed time on my phone.

  • Help on Phone Time

    You first need to make sure you are on the administrator phone that was set up to be the "master" of the phones in the office.

    -Press the message button.
    -Wait to hear the name registered on the voicemail.
    -Look at the display on the phone to see which button along the top says More.
    -Press that button
    -Still looking at the display push the button below MGR
    -Push button below SCHED
    -The phone will tell you the time your phone currently shows
    -Then will ask you to press 1 to say yes to changing the time, 2 to say no.
    -Press 1
    -Then it will ask to put in the time you'd like it to display, type in the time
    -After you will need to press 1 for AM or 2 for PM
    -Once you have done this it will ask if you'd like to change the display date.
    -If you would, follow the same directions
    -If not, you should have your time changed and the phone will tell you what it's new display time is.

    the time has change internally, but ut does not display the changed time. what do i need to do next?
