  press and hold clock button until you hear the day of the week
  to change the day, hour,minutes, year, use the {memo/repeat} AND {annc/skip} buttons.
  once you get the the you want press clkock button inbetween to set them such as:
  hold Clock button:
  to set day press annc/skip button for wednesday
  press clock button
  use the annc/skip button to set hour
  press clock button
  continue until finished
