Product operation

I have a Debut4-w attached to Two ATI-Ds which are attached to a DSUII. All 4 ports are active and can be accessed by any station on the DSUII; however, the Debut4-W call not answer when a call comes into the DSUII. It will answer if a place the co line in one of the four ports. a_l_thompson@comcast.net
