  I need a owner manual to set the machine so I may use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  When sending or receiving a fax, it leaves a bold ink mark on the right side of the paper, approx. 1/3 over.It started doing that when I replaced the new imaging film. Can anyone give me a clue how to go about fixing this?
