  the message light is flashing and it syas there is a message but i cannot retrieve it as it then says that there is no message. the light continues to flash and the message envelope is there also. how do I delete this?

  one handset does't ring
  all of a sudden i noticed one of the handset not ringing, I went into perconal settings heard the ring, adjusted the volume but it works when setting it uo , but wen a call come in it doesn't ring. The manual doesn't talk about this. The batteries are fully charged. Maybe a defective habdset. An…

  The phone has stopped showing who is calling about 4 wks ago, no number is shown either in the call log list. when the phone rings it shows "ext. call" this is for every single number and I cannot get the phone to revert to showing the number of caller and call log.
