  troubleshooting why there is static on line
  We were without electric power in Arkansas for four days. When the power came back one their was static on the line. It has recharged, but we still have the static. Could it be I will have to buy new batteries? Maybe I need to unhook it and reinstall in a different order? I can't find my instru…
