  Norstar M7310 corded telephone system
  our system manager has left & no manual can be found..I need to reprogram the company greeting/directory..I need instructions on how to break in to the system manager mode/password in order to do this...help!!!

  date and time display
  our phone lines were down, and we are unable to figure out how to change the date and time display...i imagine the manuals were lost years ago...any help?

  how can i transfer directly to voicemail without transferring call to unit and having it go thru the rings before it forwards to voicemail?
