Can You Help With This Problem?

  SPEED DIAL
  I am trying to set up speed dial numbers on my office phone. I don't know what a "BIN#" is and when I push a button above the extensions buttons (which I would assume would be speed dial locations) the speaker button flashes and there is no way to select that "bin".
