Can You Help With These Problems?

  Display locked
  All numerals at top of display on base station are '8's & lower portion of screen is just a series of blank segments so not possible to set up anything. Phone accepts & makes calls OK. Is this a fundamental fault or can it be reprogrammed?

  Handset Sound
  One of the three handset I have does not make any sound when pushing the buttons or ringing for incoming call. The set functions as a phone but has no sound. Can you help me determine what is wrong with it?

  problem hearing
  I receive calls, answer the phone and the caller hears me, but I cannot hear them. I cannot hear the dial tone, but I can call someone they hear me, but mute on my end. How to fix???
