  i have had this item for many years and it is great. someone gave it to me and i dont have the manual. just need to know how to get my messages away from home. thanks

  I cannot seem to use both lines for the answeing machine. It only picks up on line 2
  2 line digital answeing machine will only pick up on line two

  Where can I buy a replacement adapter for a 1772? Mine is producing less than required voltage, resulting in a 60 cycle hum noise recorded with each incoming message.

  Is it possible to recover lost messages due to a power outage over 2 hours? We have critical messages we need to retrieve but may be lost. This is urgent, we would appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thank you.
